But let’s dig into a few more myths that might be keeping you from trying yoga at Ground Floor Yoga.

Myth 1: You Have to Be a Gumby-Like Contortionist

Spoiler alert: Most people aren’t born flexible, and that’s okay! Yoga is about improving your range of motion, one pose at a time. You don’t need to look like an acrobat to get started—if you can breathe, you can do yoga.
